Tiny Experiments & Closing Tabs
I'm writing this one much later than I wanted to again, but time got away from me. That seems to happen much more often these days. Before I know it, the day is gone, and I haven't achieved half of what I planned to.
During the morning run, I was listening to a new podcast (to me), and it mentioned a book that sounded interesting. The name of the book is Tiny Experiments: How to Live Freely in a Goal-obsessed World. It presents an intriguing topic of discussion, in which it presents an alternative to chasing success. Instead, using 'tiny experiments' to discover your goals on your terms.
I'll be grabbing a copy of the e-book and adding it to the never-ending, ever-growing list of books I need to make my way through.
Something totally unrelated, or perhaps not, is that I began the massive undertaking of closing an obscene number of tabs from browsers across devices. I have no idea how this even happened. I don't keep that many open on my laptop. There's just something about a tablet/phone that encourages you to open, and open, and open. I think my problem was the loss of Omnivore. Now I'm just hording tabs. Perhaps I need to have a look at things like Linkwarden again.
