Latest Batch of LAMY T10 Ink

When I started journalling again, I treated myself to a LAMY Safari fountain pen. As a left-hander, I wasn't entirely sure this was a great idea, but I wanted to try. And, they had left-handed nibs. So far, it's been a really solid writing companion, especially for the price.

I've bounced back and forth between blue and blue-black inks, trying to decide which one I like the colour of the most. Honestly, I think it changes with my mood. The way it moves and slips down the sides. Watered down, perhaps. There's also been a few occasions where it has randomly released far more ink than expected, leading to a tiny puddle on the page.

There's also far more residue on the nib that I certainly didn't have with the previous batch of blue. I might have to buy some more blue to see if I notice the same behaviour.

I hope it's just an odd batch. Typical, as I bought 3 boxes to stock up …
