A Second House Viewing & Planning Permission

The house viewing at the weekend went well, and I quite liked the place. It's not perfect, but I don't think I'd ever get everything I wanted. So, we've arranged a second viewing for the weekend, and they know we're interested. However, we did hear some rumours that the two-storey extension didn't get planning permission. I was able to find the planning permission records easily, and could see that it was approved (with conditions), with no appeals on record. If I wasn't able to find that, I was going to be cancelling that second viewing straight away! Not playing that game.

Another bit of gossip was that when it rains, water pisses down between the extension and the original building. But, as the first piece of information was wrong, maybe the second is too. A previous sale has fallen through, though.
