A Pleasant Day
There's been nothing special about the day, really. It's just been generally pleasant.
It started with a nice run in the dark of the morning, with just enough light for me to see where I was going without my head torch. Just me, the birds, and the raging river from the rain.
I also feel like I'm starting to find some rhythm with my new job (which I'll write about soon). Starting my mornings sat at the living room coffee table while I catch up on the things that have come in overnight. Then, once I'm ready to start for the day, I head upstairs to the office and plug into the dock to get on with it. It feels right.
Today, I also created a solution to discover if a host was attached to Ubuntu Advantage, ensure that it was valid, and the expiry date hadn't passed. If anything wasn't quite right, a script will run to automatically attach it to your valid subscription. I'll be publishing this tomorrow. It's simple, but took far longer to get working than I expected.
Now to switch off and enjoy my evening with some Brassic!
